i wanted a room that could grow with the children. i went with grey, white and black as the main colors and let the toys, books and art create pops. since they eventually will be sharing this room, i kept it gender neutral.
i would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the following sponsors:
areaware- animal pillows
babyletto- spruce tree bookcase
gingiber- silhouette chalkboards and owl illustration
perch ceramics- early bird pendant lamp
pomme- ergmont duck lamp
shak-shuka- seventy tree print and lucky boy sunday pillow, as well as tons of hand-holding along the way
similing planet- crib bedding set
ubbi- diaper pail (it's the best by the way!)
and a special shout out to oeuf for supporting the project.
we went from having a corner of our bedroom for henry to this to ...

ReplyDeleteI love that rocking horse. Where is it from?
ReplyDeleteAlana, It is from Plan Toys. I got it at Giggle, but I think you can find it on Amazon too.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful....you have created a perfect space for your growing children. Happy to find you via Oeuf's new blog. X
ReplyDeleteThis room is stunning, I love it's simplicity. It's so easy to overdo things with kids rooms as there's so much to choose from, but this room gets the 'less is more' balance perfectly. I love it.
ReplyDeleteWhere is the plush tall panda/bear with shorts on on the bed from? He's adorable!
Can you share how to secured the bookcase to the wall? I have a baseboard as well and am wondering how to do it. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't easy! I used plaster screws then got extra long screws. Honestly, I didn't do the best job, but I am going to find my email from babyletto and forward it to you if you don't mind.
ReplyDeleteCould you share the email from Babyletto? I'm not sure how to attach mine to the wall.
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteThe room look amazing! This is a very late comment I hope you will see it still. Where is that face pillow from?. It is the one inside the crib. looks so cute :)
Thank you
Thank you! It's by the Danish company Lucky Boy Sunday and I got it at Shak-Shuka.com.
