i have been feeling a bit guilty about letting myself indulge in the girlie-ness lately. so i am pleased to be able to share the norwegian brand ugly children's clothing. ugly was created to fill the hole in the children's wear market and provide some stylish duds for little boys. the line features knits, basics, outerwear and more with a focus on boys, but also girls.
don't let the name fool you, these clothes are anything but! the designers gathered inspiration from all over including traditional nordic ski patterns that they shrunk down to adorn toasty little onesies and jackets to a floral pattern pulled from a popular 60s norwegian milk logo that comes in a rainbow of colors for baby. some of my favorite pieces are the active wear that looks pulled straight off the set of the royal tenenbaums and the outerwear that is made to really withstand the elements--norwegian style!
the norwegians have been rocking ugly since 2006 and now we can get our hands on it in north america since ugly now ships worldwide for free. i can speak first hand to the beautiful detailing and quality of these pieces...stay tuned for pix of my little ones. get shopping here!
