remember those magic eye art posters that used to have a
kiosk at every mall? i hated those things. not only were they ugly as hell, but
i couldn’t make my eyes do them! enter the typefaces, magic eye for dummies—and
design snobs.
the typefaces was started by a professional graphic
designer, who is inspired by letterpress printing and the wild minds of little
ones. each design is both a letter and a face (get it? type-faces!). you might
have to do a little pretzel with your mind and eyes to see the face, but once
you do it is magic! i am very selective about graphic tees, but the typefaces
are so playful and unexpected, i had to share. they also have posters, books
and adult tees.
